Predator — Marvel Rivals
Setup and troubleshooting for Predator — Marvel Rivals.
1. Prepare Windows
- The documented platform is Windows 10/11 on Intel or AMD. Check the product status before loading.
- In Date & time settings, verify the time zone and select Sync now. Update Steam or the game’s launcher.
2. Check launch settings
- Use the loader from your Bear order and extract it into a local folder.
- Remove any Vulkan launch option if present; this configuration is not supported by the supplier.
- Other anti-cheat drivers can conflict even when their game is closed. Check the error-specific fixes below if loading is blocked.
3. Activate your product
- Use the license delivered with your order and follow the current loader’s prompts. Keep the exact error text if activation fails.
Troubleshooting
Secure channel error / request timed out
- Open Windows Date & time settings, confirm the time zone and use Sync now.
- Check whether a firewall, antivirus or another game’s anti-cheat is blocking the connection. Try the connection with your VPN off, or with a VPN if your network blocks it.
- If a conflicting anti-cheat remains active, contact support about removing that specific conflict.
Hardware mismatch
A hardware change can invalidate the license’s hardware binding. Contact Bear support for an HWID reset. The supplier documents a seven-day reset interval; support can check eligibility for your license.
Internal public server error
Check security software and anti-cheat logs for blocked traffic. The supplier notes that a conflicting driver may remain active after its app closes; support can help identify it before removal.
Antivirus interference detected
Check the security alert and verify that the loader came from your order. Run a malware scan if you see unexpected interference, then send support the detection details. Do not restore an unfamiliar file just because it was blocked.
[code] sym: error
Press Windows + R, enter winver, and capture the Windows version shown. Send it to Bear support together with the entire loader error.
modules::load_module: failed to create section
The supplier associates this with antivirus or other anti-cheat driver interference. Check the relevant protection logs and contact support with the exact message if the conflicting driver is unclear.
