Treat the editions as separate products
Bear’s Rust catalog lists Nebula Rust External and Nebula Rust Internal separately. Open both product pages if you are deciding between them. Compare the requirements and features actually published for each edition instead of assuming the names alone explain every difference.
The Internal or External label is not a guarantee of a particular outcome. Product availability, compatibility information, and support instructions are specific to the listing and can change. A claim about another provider’s similarly named product should not replace the details on your chosen listing.
Confirm that your setup is covered
Check the Requirements tab before purchase. If you cannot find a clear answer for your operating system or device, contact support with the exact edition name and the question you need answered. Making an assumption before payment can leave you with a package that does not fit your setup.
Open the guide for the same edition. If the entry directs you to support for current instructions, do that rather than borrowing an installation sequence from another Rust product. Do not assume a file labeled Nebula is suitable for every game or edition in the catalog.
Compare current packages
Choose a package duration on the individual product page to see its selected price. The store synchronizes packages and availability from SellAuth. Check the total and quantity again when the checkout popup opens, including any displayed payment fee.
A discount code is entered in SellAuth checkout. The discount applies only if the code meets the store’s conditions for the selected order. The checkout result is the place to confirm whether it was accepted; a code’s existence does not imply it covers every package.
Prepare a useful support request
Include whether you purchased External or Internal, your order reference, and the exact step or error that needs attention. Check the Status page first to see whether an update is already listed. That helps separate a published availability change from a setup question.
