Please review these conditions before purchasing a digital product from Bear Cheats.
Digital purchases
Unless a product states otherwise before purchase, digital products and license keys are final-sale items. Refunds are considered at our discretion or when applicable law requires them.
Invalid keys or issues caused by us
If a key we provide is invalid, or our mistake prevents the product from working as described, contact support so we can investigate. Depending on the issue, we may provide troubleshooting, a replacement, or a refund. Keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase.
PC and software issues
A refund is not normally available solely because antivirus or another program blocks the product, your computer has malware or a hardware fault, or your setup does not meet the published requirements. Check compatibility before ordering.
Third-party changes
Key revocation or loss of access caused by a third party outside our control does not automatically qualify for a refund.
Contact and consumer rights
Contact Bear Cheats support through Discord with your order number, product name and a description of the problem. Share screenshots or error messages privately. This policy does not exclude any mandatory consumer rights or remedies that apply to your purchase.
