Krush Internal — ARC Raiders
Setup and troubleshooting for Krush Internal — ARC Raiders.
1. Prepare the launcher
- Download the Internal launcher from your Bear order. Do not use the External build.
- Install the required Visual C++ and DirectX runtimes. Close unnecessary overlays and check the current product requirements before changing firmware settings.
2. Create your loader account
- Run the launcher and Medal as administrator. Keep Medal open.
- For first use choose Register, then Create. Wait for the dashboard, select Activate License and enter your order key.
3. Launch and open the menu
- Select ARC Raiders and follow the loader’s prompts. Start the game and reach its lobby in borderless mode.
- After loading completes, press F2 in the lobby. Use Insert to show or hide the menu.
Troubleshooting
Window not found / 0xE9D52
- Restart Windows and open Medal as administrator.
- Turn off Medal’s overlay. Enable Discord’s game overlay and disable its Legacy Overlay option.
- Verify that Discord’s overlay appears in the game, then press F2.
Overlay is not clickable
- Reinstall Medal and close other overlays that overlap it.
- Check CPU usage in Task Manager. Close unnecessary heavy applications, then retry with the required overlay running.
Initialization failure: process terminated
Close virtual machines, VM background processes and debugging tools. Check whether security software blocked the loader. If it still terminates, send support the full error rather than repeatedly retrying.
Initialization failure: failed to create tmp file
Check that setup is complete and the loader is extracted locally. Restart Windows and retry the loading process once; report the exact error if it persists.
