Read the status for the individual product
Bear’s Status page uses product information published in the SellAuth store. Each listed product has its own label. Check the exact edition you intend to purchase or use; a label for one product does not describe every item in the same game category.
Product pages and category cards use the same live feed for availability and pricing. The site refreshes that feed periodically while a page is visible. Opening the page again or returning to the tab also gives the storefront an opportunity to request current information.
Availability is a point-in-time report
An Undetected or available label reflects the status currently published for that product. It is not a guarantee against account penalties, a commitment about future compatibility, or proof that a new game patch has been tested on your specific device.
After a game update, read the current status and any product announcements before launching. If the product is marked as updating, follow the instructions for that product and ask support about an existing order if you need help. Access extensions and other remedies depend on the applicable product terms.
A failed refresh is not an operational status
If the storefront cannot retrieve the live feed, it reports that the current status is unavailable. That means the website could not confirm the latest data; it should not be read as a new detection report or as confirmation that everything is working.
Try refreshing the page and check your connection. If the result remains unavailable, contact support for current information before purchasing or launching. Avoid drawing conclusions from a cached card, an old message, or another product’s status.
Use status alongside requirements
An available product can still have device or operating-system requirements. Read its Requirements tab and guide as well as the status label. If you need support, include the product name and describe whether you are asking about availability, an order, or a specific setup error.
