Before you install: finding the right Bear guide and download

A short checklist for matching your order to its guide, checking requirements, and preparing a clear support request.

Match the game and edition

Begin with the full product name on your order. Bear’s guide directory groups products by game, but each edition keeps its own entry. A name such as Ancient, Krush, Nebula, or Predator can appear across different games and does not identify a universal setup guide.

Open the matching guide and read the introduction and requirements before following individual steps. If the guide asks you to confirm current instructions with support, do that instead of filling in the gaps with a different product’s walkthrough.

Use the listed download resources

The Downloads page and the Downloads entry in Bear Guides collect the files currently linked by the store. Match the file to the instructions for your purchased product. A file sent by an unknown account or found in an unrelated guide should not be treated as an equivalent copy.

Read any notes about supported versions or required runtimes before launching. Keep track of the step you are on. If an error appears, record its exact wording and which program displayed it so you can locate the appropriate troubleshooting section.

Check status separately from setup

A setup guide explains a product’s procedure; it does not establish its current availability. Open the live Status page as a separate check, particularly after a game update. A previous successful installation does not confirm that a later release has the same requirements.

If the live feed cannot be reached, ask support for current information. Repeatedly changing unrelated device settings is not a substitute for confirming that you have the correct product, file, and supported setup.

Make support easy to follow

Include your order reference, full product name, operating-system version, the step you reached, and the error text. A screenshot can help if it avoids exposing private information. State what you have already tried so the conversation can start from your actual situation.

Keep passwords, payment details, and license keys out of public messages. Use Bear’s contact page or Discord support route for order questions, and follow the instructions given for your specific edition.
